Brazil’s Potential Draws Leading Global Suppliers to Exhibition

More than 250 companies operating or intending to operate in Brazil will be at the show.

The size of the Brazilian market —the 5th largest in the world— mobilizes leading suppliers to the industry to participate in the Exhibition that will take place on October 13 through 15. Likewise, prospects for increased coatings consumption in the country attract businesses who see excellent opportunities in a market with more than 200 million inhabitants, 50 million automobiles circulating, a housing deficit in excess of 5 million units, and investments in infrastructure estimated at R$600 billion for the 2015-2018 period.

Seeking business opportunities with paint and coatings manufacturers in Brazil and its neighboring countries —which will be coming for the event in large numbers in search of innovative solutions—, many companies from Asia, Europe and North America will be present. At the same time, suppliers who already operate in Brazil show strong confidence in the show, which makes it a priority in their strategies for this year and the years to come, and they will be there introducing new products, technologies and services, prospecting for customers, and identifying trends.

More than 200 companies have already confirmed their participation, and as negotiations on booths are under way, this number is expected to exceed 250. “However, even more important than the number is the quality of exhibitors. The suppliers to be present are at the leading edge of the industry, investing billions of dollars in research and development annually. This means that the most innovative offerings in existence in our supply chain will be on display at the Exhibition,” says ABRAFATI’s executive president Dilson Ferreira.
